Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City

Be warmly welcomed on arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, Ho Chi Minh City by our guide. We embarked on a city tour of HCM City (Saigon) including The Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office, Remnant War Museum, Giac Lam Pagoda, China-town, with its ancient pagodas and temples, and the bustling Binh Tay Market. Overnight in HCM C.


Day 2: HCM City – Nha Trang

In the morning transfer to the HCM City airport for a short flight to Nha Trang. In the afternoon take a boat trip, cruising on the Nha Trang Bay to visit Tri Nguyen Aquarium on Mieu Island and enjoy the hundreds of precious marine creatures there, before continuing the cruise to Mun Island – where the conditions are the  best for snorkeling as there are many colorful corals and fish.

Day 3: Nha Trang

Today is a free day at leisure in Nha Trang for relaxing and unwinding at the premier beach in Vietnam. There are many activities in the town as well as relaxing on the beach. Snorkel or dive among the coral reefs in crystal blue waters, hike nature trails, indulge in spa treatments or go to the “mud baths”,  only 5kms from the centre of town.

Day 4: Nha Trang

Free day at leisure in Nha Trang for relaxing and unwinding, or partake in many of the activities here. There are day trips of the towns’ surrounds and activities away from the beach to enjoy.

Day 5: Nha Trang – Hanoi

Free time, until your transfer to airport for a flight to Hanoi. The capital city of  Hanoi is a unique Asian city, with tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture on display, peaceful lakes and ancient oriental pagodas and temples.

In the afternoon visit Hanoi, Vietnam ‘s artistic and intellectual capital. Explore the fascinating Old Quarter and its hundreds of specialty shops selling silk clothing, lacquerware, embroidered linens, furniture, bamboo, cooking utensils, ceremonial objects, traditional medicines and more. Enjoy people watching while enjoying a coffee or tea at stylish cafes. Shop for impressive modern art in the city’s many galleries. Also visit Hanoi ‘s main cultural attractions, including the Fine Arts Museum and the Temple of Literature. There are evening water puppet performances and other cultural event.

Day 6: Hanoi

This morning we drive to the Ho Chi Minh Complex, including the Mausoleum of the nation’s founder and leader. Here, large crowds gather to pay there respects to the man they simply call “Uncle Ho” as they silently file past his glass sarcophagus. The Presidential Palace and Uncle Ho’s wooden stilt house can also be seen here. One of must-see places in the complex is One Pillar pagoda dating back to the 11th century. From a distance far its shape looks like a huge lotus flower. We then enjoy a walking tour of Hanoi ‘s vibrant Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake, the focal point of the city. This is not only a beautiful spot but also is the historical site of the “Legend of the King and the Golden Turtle in the lake. Our guide will tell you about the legend of the lake, and how it become one of the must-see places in Hanoi for both domestic and international tourists. Free time in the afternoon for personal explorations.

Day 7: Ha Long Bay Excursion

We drive to Halong City today, approximately 3 hours away. Once at Halong City you will board a traditional junk for a four-hour cruise of this stunning bay, stopping along the way to explore one of the limestone caves found here. As we cruise the junk staff will serve you a sumptuous local seafood lunch onboard the boat. After 4 hour navigation we will sail back to harbor, and transfer back to Hanoi.

Day 8: Departure

There is no activity planned for today. Enjoy your free time for souvenir shopping, or any other activity, until your transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
