HTS Tour – Tam Coc – Bich Dong Pagoda – Thung Nham 1day tour
Thung Nham is known as the Forest in the Valley, and has many beautiful places to explore and enjoy. The trip is exciting and attractive with an environmentally friendly flavor. Visit the sunset valley, enjoy cycling around and watching the birdlife on the lake. The Valley of Birds has many fragrant flowers in one area, attracting birds and brings you a new sense of peace and feelings.
The Bich Dong Pagoda is actually three structures dating back to 1428 and built on Ngu Nhac Mountain, and the view from the Thoung Pagoda, the last of the three, near the top of the mountain is commanding. Nearby Tam Coc is often referred to as “Ha Long Bay on land”, due to the karsts rising from the land, as opposed to the sea as in Halong Bay. Visitors are conveyed by rowboat along the peaceful Tam Coc stream, past green fields at the feet of the mountains into the mouths of the three sacred caves, carved by many years of erosion. Here travelers will encounter new surprises like stalactites and stalagmites that shimmer like gemstones just inches from the water.
